Job Description

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies that increase youth involvement in community service.
• Conduct periodic reviews of program effectiveness and make improvements.

• Encourage collaboration between youth and adults in program design.
• Develop a resource database for youth and families seeking assistance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
• Promote an inclusive environment for all youth participants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Work, Social Services, or similar
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in youth-focused organizations
