Mold Holder

Job Description

As a Mold Holder, you'll play a vital role in the production process by maintaining and repairing molds for plastic manufacturing. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will ensure our products meet high expectations.

Responsibilities

• Examine and assess molds for any imperfections or required maintenance.
• Engage in periodic inspections to ensure molds are ready for production.
• Coordinate with production lines to ensure timely mold setup.
• Document every maintenance activity accurately.
• Support the optimization of mold setups.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in the workplace.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
• Provide insights for mold design improvements.
• Contribute to team meetings discussing productivity enhancements.
• Assist in training new team members on mold care procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering is advantageous
• Previous training in quality control is a bonus

Experience

• 2-4 years in mold maintenance and repair within a manufacturing environment is preferred
