Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

Technical Skills

• Windows and Linux OS
• Network troubleshooting
• Help Desk Software

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with remote support tools.: Proficient in using remote desktop applications to provide support.
• Knowledge of cloud services.: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure are advantageous.
