Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that enhance mobility and improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, implementing therapeutic exercises, and educating patients on recovery methods.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop therapy goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises tailored to individual needs.
  • Guide patients through rehabilitation processes and recovery.
  • Maintain detailed notes on patient progress.
  • Provide support and education to patients regarding their health.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists on patient care.
  • Engage in continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills.
  • Organize outreach programs to promote physical health.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and suggest alternative therapies.
  • Assist in research initiatives to improve therapy practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Orthopedic Physiotherapy is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in physical therapy
