Job Description

We seek a passionate E-learning Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of instructional design principles and experience in developing engaging online learning modules. You will work collaboratively with educators and multimedia designers to create impactful e-learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement user-friendly navigation and UI designs for e-learning modules.
• Draft documentation and guidelines for e-learning development processes.
• Monitor and analyze learner engagement and performance data to inform instructional design.
• Assist in the integration of gamification elements to enhance learner motivation.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for staff on e-learning tools and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in online education or e-learning development

Technical Skills

• LMS Management
• SCORM Compliance

Certifications

• eLearning Developer Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
