Job Description

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Complete payroll processing for various clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of payroll transactions and employee data.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management review.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Audit payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide support in tax return preparation and filing.
  • Liaise with external auditors regarding payroll activities.
  • Continuously enhance payroll processes for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
  • Experience with payroll management software is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years in payroll or financial administration
