Your role involves coordinating all aspects of events including logistics, vendor management, and client communication to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive event plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Lead meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
• Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations governing events.
• Assist with the social media promotion of events.
• Manage relationships with sponsors to enhance event experiences.
• Develop contingency plans to address any potential issues.
• Conduct site inspections to assess venue suitability.
• Train and mentor junior staff in event planning processes.
• Monitor event plans and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Marketing is preferred
• Professional certification in event planning is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in event management or planning
