Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of hotel operations and maintain highest service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and services to maintain quality.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract guests.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in hospitality management are an advantage

Experience

• 6+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management
