Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees in their professional journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategy and collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop HR-related communication materials and employee handbooks.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and evaluations.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters and compliance issues.
  • Participate in salary reviews and compensation strategies.
  • Engage with external HR consultants or agencies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
