Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess and meet HR needs.
  • Drive strategies for talent management and succession planning.
  • Support managers in addressing employee issues and grievances.
  • Analyze workforce analytics to drive HR improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate training sessions that support continuous learning.
  • Develop strategies for diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensure employee compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Be a liaison between employees and senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology
  • Masters in Industrial Relations is a bonus
Experience
  • 5+ years in an HR role with a focus on strategic partnership and talent management
