We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on drug interactions, and ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medication histories for accuracy.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients and caregivers.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current in the field.
• Implement pharmaceutical care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Help resolve patient insurance and billing issues.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

• Medication Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS)
