Pharmacist

Job Description

We seek a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist to enhance our healthcare team in Cape Town. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical services, providing advice to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management for patients with complex conditions.
• Assist in developing pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to enhance service delivery.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and management strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail or clinical pharmacy settings

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans.
