Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator who will be instrumental in managing our community outreach initiatives. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, organizing fundraising events, and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs aimed at community development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program success and report on progress to the Executive Director.
• Manage logistics for events and outreach activities.
• Work with media outlets to promote programs and initiatives.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Maintain relationships with donors and funding agencies.
• Prepare volunteer schedules and ensure adequate staffing at events.
• Foster a culture of community involvement within the organization.
• Advocate for community needs within the organization and beyond.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in non-profit coordination or similar role
