Production Worker - Roll Changer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Roll Changer to oversee the changing and maintenance of rolls on our production line. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of machinery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of rolls and equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities in accordance with company protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues or concerns.
• Monitor production flow and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure material handling equipment is used properly.
• Participate in safety training sessions and team meetings.
• Provide feedback to improve production processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical training in a related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
