Job Description

We are searching for a Quality Assurance Manager with expertise in developing and implementing quality processes. The ideal candidate will spearhead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold a quality culture within the organisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
  • Analyze data and metrics for quality performance and trends.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
  • Manage QA projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Quality Assurance or related field
  • Graduate qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in quality assurance roles with at least 2 years in a management position
