Responsibilities

• Examine patients' dental health and provide necessary treatments.
• Perform routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Educate patients on good dental hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Manage patient scheduling and office procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Dentistry is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Radiology

Certifications

• Member of the South African Dental Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Proficient
