Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will manage inventory and logistics while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role is critical in maintaining efficient workflow and optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Direct and motivate warehouse team members.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely deliveries.
• Plan and manage warehouse layout to maximize space utilization.
• Implement health and safety protocols in line with industry standards.
• Identify training needs and ensure staff development.
• Collaborate with the finance department on budgeting for warehouse operations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
