• Support the healthcare team with interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Contribute to research and development of health protocols.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to policy discussions.
• Engage actively in community health outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Advanced certificate in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in primary care or emergency settings

Technical Skills

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Crisis Management

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
