The Gate Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation of gate services, ensuring efficient and effective gate management, and providing excellent customer service to all users.
Responsibilities
Oversee the deployment of Gate Operators and Security Personnel.
Ensure all access control procedures are followed.
Train and develop staff members.
Monitor and analyse department performance metrics.
Maintain and update department policies and procedures.
Assist with the recruitment and selection of new team members.
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field is advantageous
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
Technical Skills
Experience with security systems
Advantageous
Professional certification in aviation management: A certification recognised in the aviation management field is preferred.
