As a Data Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting data and offering actionable insights. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to help guide our strategies and improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data sets into meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time data reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Conduct data validation and cleansing to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on data tools and methodologies.
• Produce ad-hoc analysis as required to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to streamline data collection processes.
• Contribute to data governance and data management initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of data documentation and best practice guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
