We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing chemical processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovative solutions and improvements within our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new methods for chemical process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
• Oversee the scale-up of processes from lab to production.
• Monitor and troubleshoot chemical processes in real-time.
• Implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and processes.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical engineering
