Job Description

We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing engineering solutions for our diverse range of projects. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure projects meet technical standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full lifecycle engineering from concept to production.
• Use CAD software for designing mechanical components.
• Perform root cause analysis on engineering problems.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve issues.
• Document designs, methodologies, and results.
• Lead design reviews and promote best practices within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

• CAD Software

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
