Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our employee experiences and supporting our organizational goals. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, handling recruitment and onboarding, and managing employee relations to ensure a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage onboarding processes and enhance new hire experiences.
  • Advise on performance management and development initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR operations align with company policies.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training programs.
  • Foster positive employee relations to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Support succession planning and career development efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced HR certifications are preferred

  • 5+ years in HR functions with proven management success
