Job Description

Join our dedicated administrative team as a Data Entry Clerk in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining database information with precision. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills as you collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Input and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Produce regular updates on project data as requested.
  • Assist in the transition of data from old systems to new systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data entry processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric with relevant certifications
  • Diploma in Office Administration is preferred.
Experience
  • 2-3 years in an administrative role with data entry responsibilities.
