Job Description

As a Calender Machine Operator, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, responsible for operating and maintaining calendar machines to produce top-quality plastic film products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring product quality and machine efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the calendar machine to produce plastic film products.
  • Monitor the machine and adjust settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot any machine issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff.
  • Keep the workspace organized and maintain cleanliness as per company standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 completion
  • Vocational training in machinery operation is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with calendar or similar machines.
