Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at process innovation and efficiency.
  • Design and implement engineering solutions for chemical processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage environmental compliance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Interface with external suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor process performance.
  • Assist with the procurement and evaluation of equipment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline
  • Professional Engineer status is preferred

  • 5+ years experience with a focus on chemical production environments
