Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee project execution and ensure the timely delivery of results in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will manage project risks, coordinate teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and engage all necessary stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior project team members.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in various sectors.
