Job Description

Responsibilities

• Aid in patient mobility and transfers, using assistive equipment when necessary.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Engage patients in recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Assist with the management of medical supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Healthcare qualification is an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Patient Care Skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
