Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our growing team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. You will engage with stakeholders and provide top-notch financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advisory services to clients, enhancing their operational and financial performance.
• Undertake detailed financial analysis to guide clients in investment decisions.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand their financial needs.
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients, showcasing our investment solutions.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective transactions to identify potential risks and rewards.
• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth for clients' businesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage documentation and reporting related to client transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in investment banking roles preferred

• CFA Level 1 Certified
