Responsibilities

• Develop financial reporting systems for the business.
• Monitor cash flow and financial health of the company.
• Collaborate across departments to gather financial insights.
• Lead initiatives to streamline accounts payable and receivable.
• Educate staff on company financial policy and procedures.
• Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits.
• Maintain vendor and customer financial records.
• Update accounting policies and procedures as needed.
• Support strategic planning through accurate financial data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

Technical Skills

• QuickBooks
• Financial Analysis

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with financial forecasting: Proven capability in preparing financial projections and forecasts.
