• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and assist in maintaining a safe living environment.
• Assist in rehabilitation activities as instructed by health professionals.
• Empower clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
• Document daily activities and any incidents in client reports.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant health care qualification (e.g., Home Health Aide Certification)

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
