Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Site Reliability Engineer who is eager to innovate our infrastructure and applications. As a part of our DevOps team, you’ll work on improving system reliability and efficiency, ensuring the application meets all performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Enhance system resiliency and mitigate risk through proactive measures.
• Facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Build and maintain systems used for deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve application performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Monitoring Tools (Prometheus/Grafana)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Networking Concepts: Understanding of basic networking and security principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Familiar with using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
