Job Description

As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting electrical engineering projects. This includes installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and contribute to the design and implementation of state-of-the-art electrical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate electrical systems and determine necessary upgrades or improvements.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss timelines and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed installation and maintenance reports.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians in safety and operational protocols.
• Support the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.
• Assist with the procurement of necessary materials for electrical projects.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on electrical systems
