Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through construction.
• Evaluate and integrate new materials and technologies into designs.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review project proposals and estimates for feasibility.
• Participate in public hearings and represent the company if required.
• Conduct research to improve existing designs and methodologies.
• Document and report structural deficiencies and potential risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural analysis and design
