Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes and propose enhancements.
• Create models to simulate process flows and system performance.
• Work alongside IT and operations teams to improve data collection and analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for operational staff.
• Document and report on system performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for new technologies.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Participate in budget planning for engineering projects.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in industrial systems or process engineering
