Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Promote employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
• Advising management on HR policy and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Contribute to developing HR analytics and reporting.
• Work with management to address workforce needs and planning.
• Foster strong relationships with employees to ensure satisfaction.
• Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist position

• HR Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
