Job Description

As an HR Manager in Pretoria, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will lead and support recruitment processes, foster a positive workplace culture, and serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate personnel policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Direct employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to team leaders on HR-related issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover.
  • Advocate for employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of HR practices with company goals.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
