Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and minimizing losses due to theft or fraud. Your responsibilities will include monitoring premises, conducting investigations, and implementing strategies to prevent losses. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve potential security risks within the store.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with store management to improve security measures.
• Provide assistance and guidance to colleagues during incidents.
• Generate analytical reports on theft trends and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma or degree in security or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a loss prevention or security role
