The Therapeutic Recreation Director plays a crucial role in managing and implementing therapeutic recreation programs for individuals with disabilities. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
• Master's degree in related health or social sciences is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in therapeutic recreation and program management.
