Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and improving inventory accuracy. You’ll play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics departments to forecast inventory needs.
• Implement best practices for inventory management.
• Analyze inventory flow to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop procedures to handle excess inventory.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Create an annual inventory plan and budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Certifications in inventory management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management
