Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for developing testing methods, conducting tests, and collaborating with development teams to identify bugs and improve software performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for software releases, documenting defects.
• Establish testing metrics and KPIs for tracking quality.
• Mentor junior QA members and provide guidance on testing techniques.
• Conduct training sessions on QA processes for new team members.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in QA tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience in software testing and quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Selenium

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Load Testing tools: Hands-on experience with LoadRunner or JMeter for performance testing.
