Responsibilities

• Perform essential design calculations and prepare reports.
• Execute detailed analyses of existing structures for integrity assessments.
• Engage in sustainable design practices that meet environmental standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide expert input on engineering considerations.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
• Mentor and train junior engineering staff.
• Document all calculations and design processes accurately.
• Identify potential risks and provide proactive mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly.
• Support the development of innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• ETABS

• Professional Engineering License (Pr. Eng)
• Safety Assessment Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
