Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stamper to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating stamping machinery and ensuring the production of high-quality stamped products. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an understanding of stamping machinery and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with the setup and calibration of stamping machinery.
• Document production metrics and report any discrepancies.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in metalworking or stamping preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stamping machine operation

Technical Skills

• Stamping Machinery Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CNC Machine Experience: Experience operating CNC machines and understanding programming.
