Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Quality Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing testing procedures to identify bugs and ensure that software meets the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans.
• Identify and communicate any issues early in the development cycle.
• Mentor junior QA members in testing best practices.
• Utilize automation testing tools where applicable.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with the client.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or IT-related field
• Experience in Agile methodology is preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years in software testing or quality assurance roles
