Job Description

As a Cheese Packer, you will be responsible for packaging and labelling cheese products in a hygienic and efficient manner. You will work within a dynamic production team to ensure the quality and accuracy of our cheese products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cheese packaging machines efficiently.
• Weigh and package cheese products according to specifications.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met consistently.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Production Manager promptly.
• Support team members as needed to maintain workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Knowledge of GMP

Soft Skills

• Efficiency
• Physical fitness

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Possessing a forklift license is a preferred asset.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Understanding the principles of GMP is advantageous.
