Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are in search of an Industrial Engineer who will be responsible for designing efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information. You will play a key role in improving the productivity and efficiency of our operations, ensuring our processes deliver outstanding output while minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Analyze systems to identify areas for improvement in productivity and efficiency.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and workflows.
• Conduct time studies to establish work standards and performance metrics.
• Utilize tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping to drive improvements.
• Develop detailed documentation and reports on processes and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar role
