• Regularly communicate with family members about patient updates.
• Engage patients in activities that promote mental and physical health.
• Maintain and organize care documentation accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe home environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Home Health Aide Certification is highly recommended

Experience

• Experience working in home care or a similar role is advantageous.
