Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, from the initial concept through to execution. You will liaise with clients, manage vendors, and ensure that every detail is perfectly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest lists and coordinate invitations and RSVP processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Foster relationships with venues and service providers for future events.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients after events to review performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate into events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in event planning with a focus on corporate events
