Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Swatch Paster to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing swatch books that represent our textile and fashion products accurately. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that swatches are organized, labeled, and reflect our designers' visions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Review and update swatch books as necessary.
• Support the design team with swatch material sourcing.
• Monitor supply levels and coordinate with procurement.
• Document processes and contribute to operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification in textile and fashion design would be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in swatch book creation and management within the textile and fashion industry.

Technical Skills

• Swatch Book Making Equipment
• Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong knowledge of international color standards and systems: Understanding of color matching and quality assessment.
