We are currently hiring a CNC Machine Programmer who will be responsible for programming, calibrating, and troubleshooting CNC machines. A strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Programmatically set up CNC machines for production runs based on engineering specifications.
Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues that arise during operation.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of machining processes and production data.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost manufacturing efficiency.
Provide training and mentorship to junior programmers and operators.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or manufacturing
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC machine programmer
